Upon booking you are agreeing to the value of your quote and the Terms and Conditions below. (Any increase in order will be subject to the same Terms).

A non-refundable £50 booking fee is required to secure your wedding date and confirms the services to be provided. The booking fee is payable by card or via bank transfer. The remaining balance is to be paid in full four weeks prior to the event.

The prices given in any quotation are subject to change should you wish to alter the style, floral materials or scale of any designs.

Your flowers are pre-ordered up to four weeks before your wedding day, as such you have up until four weeks prior to the wedding to make any changes required known.

Due to the living nature of fresh flowers and foliage, there may be occasions where particular varieties are not available. We will always try our absolute best to obtain the desired products, however if this is not possible and a particular flower is unavailable, we reserve the right to use similar flowers of the same quality and value.

A delivery charge may be added which will be stated on your quotation, this may include set up in an agreed location. Delivery to additional addresses will be charged accordingly. We reserve the right to cancel or make a charge if there is a significant change to the agreed delivery distance of the original venue, in which case the booking fee will be non-refundable. The Green Florist cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in extreme weather or acts beyond our control, full payment will be retained as the flowers have been created.

 

If your wedding date is to change, please check the new date with us before confirming your booking. If we are available, your wedding details and any payments made can be transferred to the new date. If we are fully booked for the new date, the booking fee is non-refundable.

 

The Green Florist is not responsible for any accidental damage to vases or additional items you may request to be added to your flowers, such as brooches, jewellery, photo’s, etc.

Venue flower arrangements will not be collected by us unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to photograph and reproduce pictures of our work for marketing purposes. If you do not want us to use your pictures, please let us know at time of booking.

The booking fee payment is deemed acceptance of our Terms.
